REGISTRATION OF ITEMS FOR SALE

The Second-Hand Uniform Shop is a service provided by the PTA for parents, students, and caregivers to sell uniform items they have outgrown or no longer require.

The PTA retains 35% of the sale price received for the items sold on behalf of school families; alternatively, uniforms can be donated and are gratefully received. Proceeds are given to the school towards specific projects, in the past these have been contirbutions towards school vans, water cooler for the Health Centre, and staff appreciation evening.

If you have items to sell, please enter your email address below. If you’ve previously sold uniforms with us, we have your user details saved and you can go directly to adding the uniforms you wish to sell.  If you're a new seller you will need to complete your user information.

  • Red Polo Shirts 
  • Grey Polo Shirts
  • Prefect Polo Shirts
  • Old Style Green Jackets
  • Old Style PE Shirts (Striped PE Shirts only accepted)
  • Socks or Shoes
  • Prem Jackets
  • Black Rain Jackets
  • Sports uniforms other than Rugby Shorts

Please confirm you have read and accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. Commission of 35% will be deducted from the sale of Items and the balance paid to the seller
  2. Payments to sellers are made at the end of each month and to New Zealand bank accounts only.
  3. Items MUST be presented in a good clean condition ready for sale. Items in unsalable condition will be disposed of and no notification will be sent.
  4. We do not accept the following:
    • Red Polo Shirts
    • Grey Polo Shirts
    • Prefect Polo Shirts
    • Old Style Green Jackets
    • Old Style PE Shirts (Striped PE Shirts only accepted)
    • Black Rain Jackets
    • Shoes and Socks
    • Prem Jackets
    • Sports Uniforms other than Rugby shorts
  5. If a uniform item or size is not available in this registration form, it is not accepted for resale. If received such items will be disposed of without further notification.
  6. Items are priced following a standard pricing guide but maybe reduced for lesser quality uniforms. Similar brand or near new items may be priced higher. Second-Hand Uniform pricing can be found on the Second-Hand Uniform page of the school website.
  7. Items that remain unsold after 12 months will become the property of the Uniform Shop and no commission will be paid to the seller. These items can be collected by the seller before this date or dealt with as seen fit by the Uniform Shop Staff. NO REMINDER WILL BE SENT
  8. While PTA will take all necessary precautions to safeguard the items in the shop, the PTA will not take responsibility and is not liable in any way for these items
